I forgot about Juneau's higher level of rainfall. Basically my ideal would be Bellingham's winters, and...actually, Bellingham's summers, but 10 degrees cooler and maybe with a few more cloudy days.
Perhaps you'd enjoy the weather along much of the east coast of Scotland? Cloudier, cooler summers, similar rainfall amount though slightly more evenly distributed.
Okay, I'll go with cities that shouldn't be too hot or cold, even though I prefer cold, but for someone wanting just cool, maybe this would work.
December-February- Puebla, Mexico (74.2°F/41.5°F)/(23.4°C/5.3°C) No snow, comfortable temps in day, little chilly at night, not too many extremes March-May- San Fransisco, CA (64.3°F/50.2°F)/(17.9°C/10.1°C)No spring transition for allergy people, also not much too extreme weather that comes with spring, no snow June-August- Leadville,CO (69.7°F/36°F)/(20.9°C/2.2°C) Comfortable weather, plenty of sunshine, never gets too hot, some slight snow possibility, but melts fast this time of year September-November- Boston, MA (62.2°F/47.4°F)/(16.8°C/8.6°C) Get to see fall colors, some snow, but not too much of a hassle
With this, you experience most seasons, but don't deal with too with real cold or hot.
Ideally I want the temperature to be the same every day of the year... 28-32°C during the day and 20-24°C at night with plenty of sunshine Honolulu doesn't quite match that but it's the closest large city in the US that does.

If you're talking about temperatures where you can avoid using central heat or AC AND one can comfortably be outside in light clothes both doing sedentary (outdoor seating when dining, sitting outside using an electronic device, etc) and physical activities (jogging, cycling, tennis, etc) without overheating or being chilled:
Winter, spring, and late fall: Honolulu
Summer and early fall: San Diego, Los Angeles (immediate coast)
Also most Miami days from November through March also fit the bill; cooler nights do warrant a hoodie as well as the occasional cold snap during the day.
Most San Francisco days in September and October from noon to 5PM; after 5PM, that seabreeze kicks in most evenings and you need a hoodie, socks, and long pants to be comfortable hanging out outside.
You guys are forgetting how nice the desert southwest is in winter.
Every city in CA, NV, AZ is nice at some point of the year.
Las Vegas - Mar-Apr
Los Angeles - Apr-June, Oct-Nov
Phoenix - Jan-Mar, Nov
Riverside - Apr, Nov-Dec
Sacramento - Oct
San Diego - Apr-Nov
San Francisco - Aug-Oct
San Jose - May-June, Oct
My town of Vancouver, WA qualifies in July and August.
