It was really nice, but it was summer.

Still the same. Probably won't change until I go back to Alaska in a few years.

I know this comment is a year old, but I just wanted to say that Palm Beach is actually closer to 27 N than 24 N, 24 N is more like Key West (actually even more south). And Fairbanks is closer to 65 N than 64 N.

Btw didn't know you've been to Fairbanks, that's pretty cool.

Really would love to expand this a bit.
You should go to the southern part of Chile. I think you will love the greenery there, and it will be a good break from the humidity of Miami in the summer

I would really love to go to that area and Tierra del Fuego, looks really interesting!

Also would love to go up to Alaska and Northern Canada, even the northern tip at 82 N. Would really be awesome to visit both the southern and northern tip of the Americas.

I'd like to visit Tromsö close to 70N but no more north than that for me. For the record I've been just north of 65N at my northerliest and 32N at my southerliest.

Alaska is great. Tons of stuff to do, beautiful scenery, lots of wildlife. Same with northern Canada--British Columbia and the Yukon are gorgeous places too.
