Located in the Atlantic Ocean it is the most remote inhabited island in the world being over 2000km from the nearest settlement. It has an oceanic climate with rainfall recorded on most days and 1,500 hours of sunshine per year. Due to its maritime location, its temperatures have a very narrow range; the lowest temperature recorded is 4.6C (40F) and the highest 24.4C (76F).

C... The winter is nice and warm plus rainy. Loses points due to little summer heat and too much overall cloud. If the summers late spring and early fall were sunnier and hotter it would be perfect.

D. Too cloudy and wet for my preferences. Almost like a year round spring as far as temperatures concerned.

I could get used to it, though the 252 rain days (assuming it is correct, though looks feasible) is a bit eek. Those summers are similar to what we've just had here, and it seems winter is available if you're happy to climb a mountain to get to it. B-.

Very nice climate. Comfortable temperatures, ample rainfall, and tolerable sunshine hours. Only qualms is the lack of variety and cooler temperatures.
