Snow still on the mountains, no trees cllimbing up the mountains, salix - bushes near the river. I can't see what type of trees the higher more distant trees are, but their trunks seem almost white, could be birch.
This could have been in Norway, even on one of the larger mountainous islands, far to the north.
But then it could be much further south at high altitude.
