BA easily for me.

Prefer more humid and wet summers in comparison to cooler but very dry ones.

Buenos Aires, Santiago has too cold summer nights and very dry weather at all.

Santiago, for cooler nights, lower humidity and more sunshine.

BA for me. Santiago is too dry, borderline semi-arid. I'm not a big fan of rain but I think I'd really miss a nice refreshing thundershower during those bone-dry summer months in Santiago.

Like I've said before, BA summers are nearly identical to NYC summers to which I'm already used to, so I don't think they are too hot.

I voted Buenos Aires, for it's humidity, thunderstorms, and warmer temperatures. Santiago seems too dry and chilly at night.
