The Humidex is a fail. By any reasonable measure, 33C with 35% humidity feels like... 33C.

I wonder why Environment Canada puts it up then?

Now I know our humidity rises over night and drops in the day. We've got lots of lush green crops transpiring (delayed ripening due to the record snowfall earlier in the season), the potash and fertilizer plants nearby are also putting up lots of moisture. Here's the latest straight from Environment Canada.
