Similar conditions as in northern England here. Small storm over central Paris (from today):

From Saturday morning, the eastern edge of a MCS, at the start of the rainfall. The sun rose 2 times that day.

Believe it or not, at the time this photo of a seemingly innocent cloud was taken, easily audible thunder was rumbling away from this cell frequently.

Of course, when I drove closer, it died but still did its sweet best to look "scary".

Some pictures before today's rain event. These were all taken in time spanning 10 minutes.

35°C and beautiful blue sky today with the dryness, no haze whatsoever. Dews between 12 and 19°C.

Spoiler
Dats my signature, yo!

Old houses, new buildings

A new concept: the sidewalk for cars, the roadway for pedestrians.

Still some people doing it right. Notice the happy palm.

That sky!

The Seine valley, aka commieblock-land

Chinatown (central Paris) at dusk

That's what makes me sick of this city, SO MANY wannabe gangsters dressed in the baggy clothes and sideways snapback graffiti in so many places.

I have been to many other places and it was NEVER as worse as it is here. The roadrage and all is also terrible.

As for incivility and road rage, Paris stands pretty high too. When I briefly lived in Germany, getting back I was always surprised by the utter mess this city is.

Is parking on the road illegal or why are they parking on the sidewalk?

Remember Tampere, where they park the whole car on the sidewalk... So people just walk on the middle of the streets and give the finger to motorists.

They should do what they do here and put yellow lines down small roads like that so people know it's illegal to park there.

Well, not all of us are that socially advanced as the British Isles. I'll give that to you.
