Yup, enjoy it! Even the NYC heat island is expected single digits. Cold snap for early next week looks even more severe with the 0z GFS. 9 degrees for Memphis, 2 degrees for Nashville. Can't wait to see what the euro has to say.... happy new year

Brzailian long range has Chicago below -4C plenty through March, snow into April

They haven't even had to bring out the rotary plows yet, other than to clear a few slides that made it across the road. Those will come out after we get some real snow

I believe the last time NYC was below 0 was in 1994.

Euro12z min temps this Saturday morning. I'm having a hard time believing this even though it doesn't factor in a snowpack!
