Norderney. The summer avg highs are similar but with milder nights, and the winters are milder.

Bornholm. No brainer, as the summer temps are very close and sunshine totals are close, but Bornholm has colder winters and therefore probably more snow, despite having slightly lower preciptation in the winter.

Well, also winter temps are quite close. I don't think Bornholm gets more snow than Norderney, if anything looking at the precipitation stats it's probably the other way round.

All in all it's Norderney for me: warmer, sunnier, wetter and (probably) snowier.
