Northern Owenland features a perfect 4 season climate with cold, but not brutal, winters and warm but brief summers, typical for 55N.
A cold subarctic climate with abundant rain and snowfall, sunny summers and cloudy winters. Freezes and snow are possible almost every time of the year except for the summers. The snowpack starts to form in mid October and melts in early to mid May. Snow on the hills is though possible to remain until midsummer.

Average high in August of 58 degrees? No thanks. Most pools stay open until Labor Day. It should NEVER fall below 80 in June, July or August. That's just wrong. LOL

Those average highs in June & July would cause Owen to spontaneously combust

No no, warm summers are great, but they should remain short, which is from June 1 to 5 August.

It seems to me a 2 seasons climate: 9 months of winter and 3 months of cool and rainy summer.
So I'll give it a solid F.
