Two different climates with remarkably similar temperature and sunshine stats. VA beach is of course much wetter, with a totally different pattern, but Thessaloniki actually gets decent summer storms now and then.
I thought a bit about this one -- sun and temperatures are held similar so preference for rainfall pattern will decide it. I figure I'd like the refreshment of summer rainstorms more than dry conditions throughout the summer, so Virginia Beach it is.
Thessaloniki is a wonderful place here in Greece! The climate in this city is a combination between mediterranean and continental! And this city has a potencial for heavy snowfalls at winter. Lovable climate!
Virginia beach. More beautiful summer with hot temperatures and thunderstorms with warm rain, more variety, rainier and sunnier.

Those temps look good.
I'm going there in a couple of weeks, hope the weather is good.
