4°C, sunny and windy. Looks are deceptive as usual in spring, it feels like below freezing.
Well, it's windy. I think wind chill starts to kick in at that temperature. Back in January, I was in Tokyo. The temperature was 1c but my fingers were really numb. Having said that, it's possible that it just feels really cold to me since I live in a place where it never goes below 20c.
