Another heavy rain has caused the temperature to plunge sharply. Just 5 hours ago it was a blue, clear sky. Tangerang is now at 26c with 89% humidity while Jakarta is only at 23c with 94% humidity. 23c in the afternoon? That is extremely rare. Even a 23c low is quite rare.
