Literally EVERY town in the state is warmer than Melbourne right now, even the most notoriously cold coastal villages are warmer.

On a country-wide scale, every capital city is warmer, even Canberra and Hobart.

It's a beautiful 65 degrees this morning and we're heading for low 70s. Our avg. drops to 77 today, but we haven't reached our avg. high for 10 days now.

Kind of humid, which I love~dewpoint is only 63, but the humidity is 90%.

Foggy, wet and drippy.

Has been raining off and on for 2 days, and it is supposed to continue...right up till Sat./Sun. when Ike is supposed to affect us.
Widespread flooding is already being predicted. Should be an interesting but soggy few days.
