This is the best August I have ever experienced coming from Socal. The first two weeks were mostly rain in the 70's with no humidity and this week has been totally humidity free in the low 70's to upper 70's. Perfect. Do not miss the usual ungodly
temps that I grew up with in the Valley of 100's! Sweat free in Massachusetts!

Default More t-storms in the rainforests of southern Ontario.

We must have had 40 days with t-storms this summer.

All afternoon is a washout for outdoor activities for the threat of pop-up storms.
Starting around noon and they're not expecting us to be in the clear until after 6 pm.

It's hardly warm outside, but at least it's not cold today.
Feels like it's barely summer. Meh.
By the time it stops raining I don't expect it to be warm, even if it's 2 hours before sunset...

But we could get lucky and still have warm-to-hot sun after the clouds break up,
making maybe another hour or two of nice warmth before nightfall.
Fingers crossed.

I'd love to switch places.

Our stormy, warmish summer is only going to be replaced by colder, damp and even darker weather.

Want to come just in a freshly raked pile of colourful (leaf) slime in 6 weeks?
