Surely they're too similar to make much of a distinction!

Probably Paris because it is more prone to cold spells and gets more thunderstorms.

Paris. A better version of London. More heat, more sun, more storms.

Paris. Slightly cooler winters, slightly warmer summers, and slightly more precipitation.

Paris. (Slightly) more seasonal, more sun, more rain, more storms, more ice days. Both D climates.

They are basically the same but London for the warmer winters.

Both are fine cities; rich in history, culture, scenery, art, and nightlife with very similar oceanic climates with four mild seasons without any humidity or extremes. Both are on my bucket list to visit within the next 10 years for sure. If I had to vote on climate, I'd pick Paris for having slightly more seasonal variation. Sorry, London but I did create 2 polls that would go in your favor.
