Norfolk, Virginia, U.S., Cfa with occasional snow (I wouldn't describe it as the "northern" variety, as snow is sporadic and its hardiness zone is less extreme than much of the interior SE US)
To be consistent I probably have to pick Norfolk Va. as the sunniest of the 3, but Norfolk Is is quite pleasantly equable though a lot wetter than I would like.
So THAT's where Norfolk Island pines come from. They are commonly found in Daytona Beach. When I heard the name I figured it had to do with Virginia. Now I know...
Now then, as for the climate. Virginia takes the easy win. It is the only one with 80s F averages, which I require, and absolutely obliterates the other two in annual thunderstorm days. Norfolk Island is just a stagnating cesspool of cool rain.
