Climate battle of the Norfolk's (snow, warmest, recorded, days)

• Norwich, Norfolk, England, Cfb oceanic
• Norfolk, Virginia, U.S., Cfa with occasional snow (I wouldn't describe it as the "northern" variety, as snow is sporadic and its hardiness zone is less extreme than much of the interior SE US)
• Norfolk Island, Australia, Cfa with little seasonal variation

For me, the Virginia city takes the gold for the most seasonal variation and rather well-tempered summers.

Norfolk, England for being the coolest.

Norfolk Island for me, as it's an A+climate.

Too bad it's not part of NZ, as it's closer to NZ than the Australian mainland.

None are my cup of tea, but Norfolk Island has pleasant temps all year round. It's tad too wet though.

I consider it to be a true humid subtropical Cfa climate btw.

Norfolk Island without a doubt - it is the epitome of mildness, and has never recorded a day over 28.5C.

To be consistent I probably have to pick Norfolk Va. as the sunniest of the 3, but Norfolk Is is quite pleasantly equable though a lot wetter than I would like.

So THAT's where Norfolk Island pines come from. They are commonly found in Daytona Beach. When I heard the name I figured it had to do with Virginia. Now I know...

Now then, as for the climate. Virginia takes the easy win. It is the only one with 80s F averages, which I require, and absolutely obliterates the other two in annual thunderstorm days. Norfolk Island is just a stagnating cesspool of cool rain.
