I've got a new idea for weather fans! Rate the temperatures! (Ratings from A to F and you'll say if it's cold, mild, hot and so on... and if you wear short-sleeve with that temperature). If it bores you then ignore it. I'm the first:

-30 °F (-34.4 °C): All exposed skin hurts instantly and becomes numb for a while, even the eyes freeze. Rating: F

-20 °F (-28.8 °C): Same as before, but the numbness lasts less, the eyes freeze but it's less painful.
Rating: F

-10 °F (-23.3 °C): It's less extreme, but exposed skin feels like it's freezing away and becomes unbearable after 10 seconds. It's bitter and frigid.
Rating: F

0 °F (-17.7 °C): You can actually breathe without a scarf, if you breathe very slowly (you will feel your nostrils freezing, anyway). Exposed skin hurts, but more slowly, I can last up to 30 seconds with short-sleeve.
Rating: E

+10 °F (-12.2 °C): Temperatures are getting milder, but it's still very cold, and a scarf is required (at least for me). Exposed skin feels very cold, but not painful, at least not immediately. I can last up to one minute with short-sleeve.
Rating: D

+20 °F: (-6.6 °C): The average cold, I like going outside with this temperature, it's refreshing and energic. If you dress properly, you can enjoy a walk outside. I can last even 5 minutes with short-sleeve with this temperature, but after that I can't move my fingers very well.
Rating: C (leaving your house in this condition is actually fun, if you're well dressed)

+30 °F (-1.1 °C): Mild cold, going outside is pleasant and you can play with the snow (if it has snowed) because it's wet. I can stay outside with short-sleeve even half an hour without it having any effects on my hands
Rating: B (It's not perfect because it's still cold, but it's quite pleasant)

+40 °F (+4.4 °C): Cool, I usually wear short-sleeved t-shirts (assuming no wind or light wind) and I like it.
Rating: B (Still not perfect)

+50 °F (+10 °C): Mild, I always wear short-sleeve and I love this temperature.
Rating: A (Perfect)

+60 °F (+15.5 °C): Warm, but it's not unpleasant at all.
Rating: B (Sometimes it's too warm, it depends on my mood)

+70 °F (+21.1 °C): Mild heat, if I don't stay under the Sun, I will feel quite pleasant.
Rating: C

+80 °F (+26.6 °C): Temperatures are getting hotter, it's hot, and I don't like going outside very much with this temperature. I need a lot of water and if I move a lot I sweat. Staying under a Sun is a no-no.
Rating: D

+90 °F (+32.2 °C): Very hot, I feel like a boiled egg. I limit the time spent outside.
Rating: E

+100 °F (+37.8 °C): Going outside can be dangerous. It hurts when you touch Metals.
Rating: F

+110 °F (+43.3 °C): Absolutely lethal. It feels like you're roasting.
Rating: F

I don't remember problems with breathing at -20°C (we got it this year) at all, but I didn't stay outside for too long at such temperature. This temperature can be a bit painful for face (not immediately, but after a couple a minutes) and unpleasant for hands (even gloves don't always help at this temperature). Rest of my body doesn't feel even such low temperature if I'm properly dressed, though.

When it's -20 °C I feel like I ate mint and I can't breathe with my nose. I breathe with my mouth or through the warm air of the scarf. Do you think I'm "weak"? Ahah

When I was a child I didn't have problems with even -28°C, so, unfortunately, I'm becoming less cold tolerant with age.

I wonder what gives so many differences in these feelings if we're all humans.
