Why was my post deleted? There is a big difference in the feel of 18-19 and 14-15c.

The reason: "broken record" might be one.

Well the forecast is chilly, so I'm not sure what the problem is there?

It's exactly seasonable.

Here's it's chilly, with high temps dropping by more than half, and mean temperatures are 25% of what they were just days ago. Anomalies are -5C from normal.

I agree, it is chilly... What would be the average high for October 15? 15-16C though right?

12c is seasonable in the same way that 20c is seasonable. The normal high doesn't reach 12c until the first week in November.

It's not just the odd below average day either, it's sustained below normal temps as usual this year.

Some more:
Rimini July 2015: 21°C average dewpoint
Galveston July 2015: 25°C average dewpoint
Key West, June, July, August and September 2015: 24°C average dewpoint
Los Angeles Downtown August 2015: 17°C average dewpoint
San Diego Airport September 2015: 18°C average dewpoint
Abumusa Island,Iran July and August 2015: 28°C average dewpoint
