Owen, UV and heat are the not the same. You can be in a very cold place with a 10-13+ UV rating. Quito, Ecuador has extremely high UV, but it's only 18°C all year round. You can get nasty sunburns in the Arctic
Its really cold. Its sunny and it looks warm but its actually only 5c with a strong north breeze! Its actually impressive how cold and dry it is for almost May.

I got a sunburn 2 and a half weeks ago and it was in the low 30s. As bad as the worst sunburn I got last summer
