At 28-08-2010 the temperature in Dhahran was 44 C and D.P. 32 C resulting a heat index of 72 C. Yes the highest was at 2003 but this is another extreme for me. So this kind of very hot and humid weahter is usual and common there. Oh my God how they can survive!

Nope, it must have been 47, not 57.

Yes 47 C is more logic if you look the previous and the next days. 51 C is the highest for Dhahran. This city is of the worst. Extreme temperatures with very high humidity. Me personally I couldn't live there even for one summer day. I wonder if someone that day with heat index of 72 C was outside and how many minutes could survive under those conditions.

Ive made a list of the some of the highest reported averages summer temps in some hot locations in the Middle East based on the French climatology site I quoted in the past. Here are the respective averages temps in Celsius in May, June, July, August and September :

Averages highs (calculated in the period 2009 - 2015) :

Al Nasiriya, Iraq : 40.7° ; 44.4° ; 46.5° ; 47.2° ; 43.4°
Basra, Iraq : 41.1° ; 45.3° ; 46.4° ; 48.0° ; 43.6°
Baghdad, Iraq : 37.5° ; 41.6° ; 45.0° ; 45.3°; 41.4°

Daily means (calculated in the same period) :

Al Nasiriya, Iraq : 33.2° ; 36.5° ; 38.3° ; 39.1° ; 35.2°
Basra, Iraq : 34.3° ; 37.6° ; 38.4° ; 39.7° ; 35.8°
Baghdad, Iraq : 29.5° ; 33.5° ; 36.2° ; 36.3° ; 32.8°

These are much higher than I would ever think!
It's a shame this site isn't reporting the weather/climate data for Death Valley, CA or for Taoudenni, Mali.

Now, I'm sure of it: Dallol is the hottest place on Earth!

Who could imagine highs of 40°C at the end of November?

Yeah, you're right! People who actually live over there really must be used to the heat!

Only some deserts of Australia and Southern Africa can get such high temps in November, because it's the beginning of the austral summer.

Parts of L.A have seen 40C in November; it's certainly not common but it has happened (paired with lows around 15C though).

Nah, occurrence of highs of 40ºC in this time of the year is common in vast areas of Australia, South America and Southern Africa. In the Northern Hemisphere, it sometimes happens in the Sahel area and the Southwestern of North America.

I meant that Dallol is constantly experiencing 40°C or above virtually year-round, maybe except January and February, but having a such hot climate is hardly imaginable.

L.A have known up to 38°C in November, if I remember right, and this was certainly when the Santa Ana winds or any other hot, dry desert wind of the same type blew over the area during several consecutive days, causing major heat peaks.

South America, too? Interesting...
In the Northern Hemisphere, except in the Danakil Depression and the Sahel, it's a rare or an extremely rare event.
