Its very possible considering...the British empire and all but its more likely you'll have DNA from Europe and the NEAR East..

My cousins have african facial features/hair. Yes, based on my family tree i'm Ulster Scots, English and Irish but that might not be accurate as often family trees have adoption etc.

Is their hair really curly or something? You could have Southern European (From Turkey to Portugal) DNA and people from Southern Spain/Portugal in turn do have sub Saharan admixtures to them.

Also to note is that many people in England, especially the south will have Roman ancestry. Also a bit in France although not as much.. I've always thought that some British people have Mediterranean features about them, Orlando Bloom for one
