Yeah I've been eating awfully since last summer, but have put on some muscle as I have carried on doing weights sporadically.. but I reckon I am about 17%-20% body fat. If I can lose 8kg or so then my abs would show easily. Cutting is the hardest part for me though.
Yeah, same here. Cutting is hard but quick though - I got down to 9% last summer in a couple of months. You can lose 4-6kg a month if you're dedicated. 1.5-2 months and you're all good
It's immodest and degrading to women. I don't support it.
Tank tops and shorts are not immodest or degrading in any way. Plus, they accepted the job, and felt comfortable wearing it on a Humid 92 F day serving all those customers.
