The first at freezing point or below occurred on November 3, 2014 4:00 AM (32.0°F/0.0°C). My prediction was correct!

It looks like I was completely wrong this year. We're nowhere close yet even in the long range forecast. The coldest low so far this fall has been 6C.

For me it happened the morning of November 3. That was a bit later than I predicted but not far from average.

Got below freezing at the airport for the first time last night. Temperature reached 27 F (-3 C).

It reached freezing according to the thermometer at my house on November 2nd as well, but the airport just reached 33 F that morning.

Looks like I was right (barely), first freeze on Nov 14/15th. It hasn't happened yet, but it will tonight.

We are still waiting for our first one.. minima are double figures for the next 5 days at least though, so it could be early December before our first one..
