Some photos from today, Halloween, in Malta... These were taken in a small square infront of a church in Burmarrad, not far from where I live. It was sunny today & around 22C.

The plantings & trees are quite typical of Malta, only evergreen trees are grown here, like the Eucalyptus seen in one shot & palms such as Washingtonia & Syagrus are commonly grown. Other common plantings are things like the Hibiscus & some things those in colder climates normally grow as house plants, like the clipped Ficus benjamina seen by the church & Ficus elastica, the Rubber tree, seen next to a building...

Hopefully tomorrow's storm won't remove all the fall foliage that's started to show up. However, we still have about another weak until peak color.

Wow

Great color and lighting. Tomorrow just as a suggestion early am lay on the ground snap a shot looking straight up. Trees are so lovely in UR photo.

I can't wait to see that one...
