Seemed an interesting idea for a new thread, apologies if it's been done before. Simply you describe the absolute perfect climate for you, whether it's realistic or not.

Annual prec 1000mm, summer months (jun jul aug) have 70-80%
120 prec. day
Snowfall : traces, like once every 3 yrs
Annual sunshine hours : 2500
Avg humidity : 40-90 percent, lower in winter
Latest sunset : 6pm
Latest sunrise : 6am
Earliest sunrise : 4am
Earliest sunset : 4pm
Its humid subtropical in like 25-30 N, but higher elevation like 500m.

Record high and low: 45C - 2C (these have to be a one-in-a-century event)
Annual precipitation: 650mm
Dispersal of precipitation: Evenly distributed - Slightly more rain in autumn/spring
Rainy days per year: 70
Snowfall (if any): None...
Annual sunshine hours: 2800
Average humidity: 42% (higher in the winter, lower in summer)
Climate classification: Warm temperate (it's too dry to be humid subtropical and too warm to be oceanic - I guess Koppen can suck it).

Pretty much my current climate with cooler winter, 200 hours more sunshine, 5 percent added to humidity, same annual precipication but centered around spring and summer instead of spring and autumn and higher chances of snow!
