ARE YOU KIDDING? I predict erring with extreme caution that it might get down to around 14 degrees for the coldest high temperature, and about -10 degrees Fahrenheit in indianapolis and this is expected in mid or late January of 2015. I haven't made any preliminary predictions for this winter for indianapolis so this will be my first one, and it is out way earlier because of this thread, at least it is in regards to my predictions in regards to extreme cold. The coldest it got to last year was -15 degrees Fahrenheit, so the -10 degrees Fahrenheit I predict for this year wont be quite as cold.
