I don't see how you'd need a coat for 15 c. Even at 13 c, I can do fine without a jacket - it might feel a bit brisk with a breeze, but it's nothing I can't handle...lol.

This afternoon there was a man wearing a jacket on a scooter.
27°C/81 F with sunshine and 20°C/68 F dewpoint, a bit too cool for him apparently!
