The high on the Eve will be just a few degrees warmer than in DC. Is that a possible record warm Christmas for the East Coast?

Yet another storm cutting to Great Lakes. Reason for the record warm surge.

Montreal Christmas eve: 16/5C with light showers
Christmas day: 8/0C and sunny

Historical averages: -2/-11C

Temperature departure of 18C on the 24th; 60F instead of 28F. Simply unreal.
