the nights are mild year round but can feel too cold the more you active outdoors in the noon/afternoon. F-. No rain. way too sunny, and way too much diurnal range (it means too little humidity).

Still better than Z because have a brief mild period of the day.

For average highs, Dallol comes closest, even with average lows waye above those numbers.

An area south-east of Lodwar in the Turkana County in Kenya, 200 meters below Lodwar's altitude, might also see average highs 'close' to this one.

With average lows also in consideration, Faya-Largeau in Chad would be a strong contender, but doesn't have highs near it in "winter".

None of the places mentioned above (or other places in the world) would look similar to the type of climate of yours, as their "winters" doesn't exist.

For ratings:

E- for way too hot average highs, only cooler winter lows saves it from an F
