I voted C. It's not horrible but I like variety. I found the weather of coastal California to be rather boring when I lived there.

Comfortable and without extremes, but honestly its summer is quite a nightmare.
No sunbathing or swimming in Monterey for me.

Great winters, although the summers could be a bit warmer and much wetter (about the same as winter). Also it's too sunny. C
