A splendidly mild climate! This is mild in every sense of the word, looks like one of my dream climates. Not sure on the annual sunshine but it appears to have a few "dreary" months, kind of given with the location it would seem but I'd say that's not really an issue given to temperature range. I'll give it a B+/A-. Guess it could be a little cooler and it is boring but hardly extreme negatives in the end.

Problem is that it gets too dry in summer.

The dry season is too try. Otherwise, the temperatures are very comfortable and I think that there isn't too much sunshine. B-

B-. Needs more heat in summer and rainfall to be more evenly spread.

C for me. Temperatures are near perfect, given the sun angle, but the dry months suck big time.

A, despite the wet season going on too long, very nice climate.
The 1500 metres of elevation helps big time.

If the sunshine hours are good, it's an A.
