Probably Torshavn. It's well grim, but the lesser of many evils.

I've actually been offered a job in Dhahran for the end of the year. Amazing money, but too hot in summer, and also a chance of being beheaded.
My Wife has mentioned that she wants a second baby, so I might just end up taking the job anyway!

Even though its summers barely record any rain, the city is still very humid, at least to 40C standards.

The average summer humidity is 39%-ish. It probably has fluctuating humidity levels - One day it's dry heat (15%) and the next it's full on humid heat (70%) with temps well over 35C. If the city were more consistently humid in the summer then the RH% would be around 55%-60%.

It also could be that the high humidity occurs at night, and the days are dry. (e.g. 80% humidity at night, 10% by day gives an average of 45%.) By no means would I want to live here, it's hot and in a country full of crazy people, but I still believe it's a better alternative to the other decisions.

Yakutsk for me though it is extremely cold. At least it will have snow and the other seasons are quite pleasant. Sunshine leves are also very good. The othes climates sucks! Yakutsk is a C climate for me.

Torshavn, I might not get sun, but at least everything else is tolerable. There's too much rain nonetheless, but compared to the other options, it's easily the best.

Yes, except that Dhahran has recorded the highest dewpoint in the world at 35°C (which was during the day). So it is prone to high humidity during daylight. In fact, the Persian Gulf does get high humidity in the (hot) summer afternoons (Basra, for one).

I'm kidding(I can't see that one being picked)... I guess I'll take Torshavn because it's less extreme than all the others and you'd eventually adjust to the temperatures for the year. Also Torshavn probably sees more sun than Mount Waialeale? That's one of those locations in Hawaii that's under eternal cloud cover. That one isn't bad but it probably would get uncomfortably sticky after a while. They are all really bad with that being said though... Quibdó and Mount Waialeale get over 300 inches of rain, dear God...
dhahran : hottest dewpoint (35c/95f) and heat index (80c/176) ever recorded

i probably choose mt waialeale, i don't mind lack of sun if it means plenty of rain
