I might be having some chats with a Realtor or 2 when I go to Syracuse. Seriously - something's gotta be done about this, or they're gonna be calling for the crazy van to take me to the rubber room.
I hate sunny weather, too. I'd prefer calm and cool weather with overcast skies and light rain or drizzle.

Looks like we're gonna get awfully parched around these parts.

I hate the sun, I hate the heat, I hate the dry, I hate, hate, hate summer.

My soul cries for winter.
I won't get thunderstorms in winter either.

I associate sunshine with less humid weather in the summer — so I think summer is better with more sun. Not sure if I'm correct, but I think there's some connection here.

Yes, there's a connection. If you're complaining about sunshine all the time, chances are it's not that humid. If only I could be so lucky.

A certain poster from Nice would disagree. But for much for much of the eastern US, it's correct.

If it's below 80 degrees, sure, the sun is fine. 68 degrees like I had in Paris is even better.

But 93 and sun, no way. I can't do anything outside in those conditions, regardless of what the humidity is.

Even 70 and sunny can feel awful if the sun is high in the sky. I hate high sun angles regardless of temperature, though high temperatures, of course, make the feeling worse.

I enjoy cool/cold sunny days, but I hate sunshine with temperatures much above 70-75. Yes, that does mean that winter here is still unpleasantly warm on certain days.

Absolutely. I'm sure winter there can be too warm, sunny, even hot. Even with muggy nights occasionally. No relief from summer exists there in my book.
