That's not even very good. Plenty of small diesel cars get way better mileage than that.

Ah, I suspected as much. I can't imagine doing meteorology for a career. It's just not what I want to do, it's hard to explain.

Same for me. I want to be a researcher in the field of genetics, and just keep weather as an interest.

A little bit. The truth is the future of fuel efficient vehicles lies not in hybrid electric technology, but depends on whether the average person is willing to drive a smaller car. We wonder why all the fuel is being wasted while massive SUVs are being used just to carry one fat **** around.
