I give it a 62% / D-, winters are far too warm and summers far too dry.

I'll give it a B. Very similar to Malta, though summer maximums are a little higher...

This is a nice climate for Europe, it's winters are about 5c too cold for it to be worthy of a sun place for winter holidaying.

68% D+.

October through April need to be about 10F cooler, then it would be a C.

It would actually make me feel depressed if I stayed in conditions that would not allow me to wear some kind of heavy jacket for long.

I'm a person who feels like winter coats make me feel safer in public. So to me, they are not cold weather gear, but they are instead safety devices.

B, temps are perfect but it's a bit too dry for my taste.
