17. Santiago - Don't like how dry Santiago is, but La Paz's summers are too cool.
18. Cairo - Cairo is too hot and dry, but Doha has even worse heat.
19. Seoul - Belgrade's winters are a bit warmer, but I prefer the humid wet summers in Seoul.
20. Santo Domingo - I like rainforest climates, but the precipatation pattern in Conakry is excessive.

Sofia would be pretty good with sunnier winters, with that said it's the best climate here out of a generally bad bunch.
