22C warmer here with bright blue skies and sunshine. Feels nice. Forgot how pleasant even cold temperatures at 11C can feel in the sun

If I lived in U.S, I would move to a colder place. Much colder, like Alaska.

Currently in Madinah, Saudi Arabia and experiencing cool temps. Morning low in fact was borderline chilly (12C/mid50s) but comfortable. High was in the mid70s range @ around 2-3 pm. It's quite dry as well with low-mid single digits Celsius (mid30s-low40s) dewpoint throughout the day.

Congratulations! I am glad they won (of course).

I did not watch today as I was at work but I saw Finland play a few times in this tournament and they were an exciting team to watch.

Well deserved victory.

But I thought you hated hockey?

Thanks.

I don't hate hockey as a game, I hate the macho redneck culture that comes with it over here, and also the Finnish Hockey Association's arrogance.

I haven't watch any games so far, but my friends encouraged me to put the TV on, so I watched the final. Happy that they won, but doesn't move me in any particular way. I still won't follow hockey after this.

edit: and of course as a football fan hockey is the biggest rival for funding and sponsorships, so a € in hockey is one € away from football. Also the media's bipolar attitude is annoying. If football fans fight it's hooliganism, but if hockey fans fight it's "boys will be boys".

Just got home from working. I feel better today but I'm clearly not 100%, my body does still feel tired. Main thing about being sick is you can't work out or you can....you just lack the energy.

Here it is the opposite, the rednecks all watch "football" the most boring sport.
