If he would be an ethnic Estonian I seriously doubt that he could pull off that English accent that naturally. Non-Slavic speakers sound way too fake as the sounds are so different.
For some reason I feel colder in the morning. I used the heat in the car briefly at 9am when it was 54F, then later at noon I felt fine even though it was still only 55F. And overcast in both cases.
