That's crazy. At 68F "in sun" or moving around I'm in shorts and short sleeves. Now you know why I suffer when it's warmer than 80F(27C)

12C today raking leaves and was getting too warm with short sleeves. I just don't feel it. I can tolerate cold more than the average person. My body is like the sun giving off energy and heat naturally.

Also different climate then there. We're used to sub 0C here so 0C feels warm after time.

I'd go with zero. At that temperature, or lower, the native kids from interior Alaska strip down to T-shirts in the winter, if it ever gets that warm.

I pick 0C. With warm clothes and a heater and hot drinks, that would be positively pleasant.

At 40C, I really really want some actual a/c; a fan would not cut it.

I'm quite cold sensitive when sitting still, so I pick 40°C.

Dude, last December I was in San Angelo, TX (having just moved from Miami) and there were days where it was in the 30s, just above freezing, windy and cloudy. On some of those days I went to Sonic where my partner at the time worked. There was no WiFi at home, so I would spend the 6 hours of his shift at Sonic, sitting outside in the 35 degree weather using my laptop on the table. The only tough part was not having gloves, but it was fine otherwise (though looking back, it may not have been too good for my computer, I mean, better than out in the heat for 6 hours but still)

I could NOT have done that in August. No way, Jose! So, yea, I'd rather be working outside at 32 F than 104 F. Ideally, 50 to 75 is nice, but I'll take freezing over sweltering, thank you very much!

40C without a doubt. I can't sit still in 0C for more than a few minutes, too cold.

If your customers are sexy, you can see them better at 40C. But it's not a good comparison, 0C vs 40C, because 0C is equivalent, in misery level, to something like 30 or 35C, not 40C.

I would choose the hot climate. With a cheap mister you can get good cooling. The customers would be more interesting in the heat.
