The sky is totally clear but pretty much of north wind. Today had to start the little "December", but as it seems, that will not happen. Now the predictions have changed again and just tomorrow is expected with a maximum temperature under 20ºC (68F). More specifically, 19ºC (66,2F). Also, minimums under 11ºC (51,8F) just forecasted for tomorrow with 9ºC (48,2F). But all of the other days unless today, have forecasted 12-13-14-15ºC minimums (53,6 to 59F) and again not a single trace of rain.
