Exactly! West Coast between Portland and Ensenada has a really mild climate actually, especially inland Oregon which has the best climates in the US

So you would say going from an average high of 30 F to 80 F is "extreme"? In what world? I did already say that the snow was the only not moderate part, what else do you want? The average temperatures aren't exactly life threatening. You're just being over dramatic as per usual. Extreme is Mecca, Dallol, or Verkhoyansk. Upstate NY ain't extreme.

Come on man, when I think of moderate I think of San Diego, Sao Paulo, Melbourne, Johannesburg, Perpignan, etc. Not Syracuse NY! It can get life threatening in February and March, especially when there are strong winds

Syracuse has sustained a significant population long before the invention of central heating, so it can't be too bad.

No one cares about what you think is moderate. This is a weather forum, so I'm speaking from a weather point of view. The only extreme part of Upstate NY is the snow and the cold snaps sometimes, the average weather isn't extreme. That's my point. It obviously didn't hinder development there.

It's terrible, imagine waking up in late April and seeing nothing but snow outside, it's disastrous!

If Tegucigalpa and Syracuse could just switch climates, yeah, that'd be great

He thinks all those climates are too "boring ass" to be even mentioned on here;
