F+. Too hot and humid, especially at night. The biggest problem is its so rainy. The + for the sunshine hours and not being too extreme.

Pretty awful. Heat index would probably be 40-45C 90% of the days if its close to a warm body of water (which I think it must be judging by those average lows).
