What gets me though is the guy was already going the speed limit, why the **** would you slam your breaks to go like 20 mph under the speed limit you're just making yourself look suspicious at that point. I would understand if the guy was speeding, but come on, this is just dumb. Cops here don't really pull you over anyways unless you're going like 10-15+ mph over the limit anyways.
Being an Uber driver down here on its own should be considered an occupational hazard.

Yeah, I saw multiple cars brake yesterday when there was someone pulled over on the opposite side of the freeway.
