August 8th saw a high of 89 F in Statesboro. If it weren't for that, it would have been continuous 90 F or higher days since July 1st.
Savannah has seen continuous 90 F or higher since June 21st. Even earlier this month when it was raining there, they would still manage to hit 90 F sometime during the day. It's just insane.
He did act rather erratically when he was going through that "heatwave" of his. I imagine he'll at least be back once the first cold blast of the fall season is forecast for the northeast, whenever that is.
He seems rather weak-minded. A few days of hot and humid weather and he loses his mind he wouldn't survive even a month down here. Even though he makes it seem like CT is more oppressive than down here because of the "clay soil" and "lack of wind"...
