By saying that only 0.0001% of Muslims are the problem amounts to denial. Yes, a small amount are committing these attacks, but a wider percentage is not only failing to condemn these actions, they are passively and often actively, sympathising with them. If you look at a wide variety of opinion polls that have been carried out across the world, including within western nations, then it paints a rather disturbing picture. A significant proportion of the world's Muslims hold beliefs that are abhorrent and are completely incompatible with western liberal values. Islam and the the left are strange bedfellows.
good points. i think the paris terror attacks illustrate this more than anything. leif gw persson (criminologist in sweden) claimed that at least 100 persons knew about these attacks beforehand, and they didn't do **** to stop it. there's certainly a very wide circle of passive islamists supporting these kinds of things. you can't find that in any other extremist environment.
