Stockholm's summer is not better enough to counter Plymouth's mildness
and ability to grow palms

Toronto beats Plymouth for me due to much better summer,
Stockholm summer is a bit too short, cools off too quickly after august.

I prefer my climate to Exeter's. I think it's slightly more prone to heatwaves and snow.
