I used to give my phone number out a lot when I was younger. If I'm hooking up with someone I usually use kik instead - but of course that didn't exist 10 years ago.

A lot of people still have my number though.

I've never had to change my phone #, I just delete it. Lucky me that I have never given it to any crazies
