I'm struggling to find a good climate map for Argentina, they all seem to be contradictory and poorly sized. If anyone has a better map, please submit ASAP.

Edit: Found one that seems to be passable.

This climate map for Argentina is nearly perfect, but misses the Csc climate.

Huh?
The map is awful, unfortunately there isn't any good out there. I may make one some time. The one that is posted is very generalistic and imprecise, based on a rather small amount of stations... it almost leaves out any elevations... it also includes dubious Cwa and Dsb but incredibly omits the obvious Dsc, and doesn't show Csc (as you said), Cwc and EF.

In case of the map of Spain, it's always good to clarify that it uses 0°C as threshold between C and D climates, which help it show more D types.

Anyway, the comparison isn't fair, as Argentina is much larger and much more varied than Spain.

Exactly right. Argentina is in the global top tier with respect to climate quality and diversity. Spain--though nice for size--is not even in the same league.

As you said though, it's not fair: Argentina is more than 5 times the size of Spain.

Isn't there a zone of Aw in the far northern Pampas?

Not really at all... Spain also includes the Canary Islands obviously in this poll, as Argentina is 5 times bigger so Spain still has warmer climates.

The warmer climates in Argentina are also too rainy and wet...

Not true, both countries have 13 Köppen climates.Plus Spain is 5-6 times smaller...

Btw not sure why another Spain vs thread? Isn't enough with 10 in the last month?

You won't find anywhere else in the world with more than 13 Köppen climates in less than 480.000km2 just as in Spain... the official size of Spain also includes the islands and all of the climates can be found on mainland Spain so you have to subtract the size of the islands... that's about 480.000km2 or so.

Because somebody said Argentina has the world's best climate and can't be beaten. So thought I'd put it up against a currently unbeaten climate to see if it can win. Besides, I thought you liked Spain being mentioned?

To make it fairer, Spain can obviously include the Canaries and the Balearics.
