Over the past two weeks, the average diurnal range has been 30F! Avg max/min of 70/40F between Nov 14-27.

we get that mid-spring most often with dry weather. Is that common in late fall for you?

It seems fairly common to get large diurnal ranges this time of year.

Normal for the month of November is about a 22F diurnal range. I just saw where Nov 2012 had an avg 31F diurnal range!

Fall of 2012 was quite dry, and this fall will probably be the 2nd driest on record.

If you like the pattern, thats fine...but key word here is "boring". Lol. I prefer zonal in Spring. Dry, sun, no extreme temps but warm
